Catfish Jim’s offer the best of both restaurant worlds “Quick Serve and Casual Dining” now known as “Fast Casual” We serve both fillets and whole farm-raised catfish lightly dusted in a seasoned cornmeal. Our fried chicken is marinated and seasoned to perfection. Delicious seafood items such as fantail shrimp and fried oysters are hand breaded. MANAGEMENT

Jim Schrampfer, President, age 54, is a 30-year-veteran of the restaurant industry. Mr. Schrampfer has been involved with several fast food concepts as a District Manager with several companies. Mr. Schrampfer has spent the past 18 years in the full service restaurant industry as Vice President and President of two companies. The concept of Catfish Jim’s was created to offer the best of both quick serve and casual dining. Mr. Schrampfer lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife Sheila and son Justin.
